This unique and low cost product is for the teaching of basic electro-magnetics by building simple electric motors. Each motor is self contained and the commutator and brushes are created by the simple bending of wire. The motor's torque can be used to winch a small weight from the floor. An elastic band holds the assembly together and it can be easily handled or stored as a working unit. The kit contains all the parts to make 2 complete motors. These include the rotors, axles, end plates, magnets, iron yokes and both red and black insulated wire.

The motors can be run on either a single D size battery or a DC power supply set at around 2 Volts.
